30 Rock may be Tina Fey’s show, but Alec Baldwin makes a pretty strong claim to it by playing Jack Donaghy, the scene-stealing network head with a quick tongue and a perfect head of hair. He's so staunchly conservative he makes Rush Limbaugh look soft. J
